Jen began her career as an intern with Dr. Kroll in 1992. She then became Dr. Kroll's first Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in 1993.

Jen then attended the Extended Function program at UCLA in 1999, achieving her RDAEF license. She returned to UCLA in 2009 to further her training. She became one of the first RDAEF2 licensees in the state in 2010, graduating in the top of her class.

Jen is married to her loving husband, Victor. They have two wonderful sons, John and Jacob. Jen enjoys cooking, gardening, reading and ballroom dancing with her husband whenever time allows.
